How do I find my Solo 3 serial number?
The serial number is etched into the bottom of the vaporizer. It's also printed on a sticker on the original packaging. If you can't see the number, try taking a picture with your cell phone and zooming in.
Is my Solo 3 safe to use if its not on the list?
Yes! If your vape isn't on the list of affected serial numbers, it's good to go. There were only 5,000 units with potentially bad parts. Solo 3 remains one of the top rated portable vaporizers.
Are other Arizer vaporizer affected by the recall?
No! Only 5000 Solo 3 vaporizers have been recalled. Arizer Air SE, Argo SRT, Air Max, and Solo 2 Max have not been recalled.
Is the Solo 3 still a good vape to buy?
Absolutely. Arizer is a trusted company and the Solo 3 is a quality vaporizer.
