I was lucky enough to to get my hands on the new Boundless CFV pure convection vaporizer. I’m spending all of my time testing it out and getting to know it better. Here’s a gallery of pics from the bench. Enjoy!
- The Red CFV has a really nice finish. It almost feels soft and silky.
- The CFV comfortably in my average sized man-hands
- The contours, lines, and ergonomics are refined and pleasing to the eye and the hand.
- The micro-usb charging port (hooray for standards) is conveniently placed on the front so the unit can charge while standing.
- The base of the red unit has a classy touch of black trim as well as a black intake.
- The button and screen interface is simple. Power on top, up/down on bottom.
- The underside of the top assembly. The screen assembly is larger than previous products, .5″.
- The mouthpiece itself removes from the top assembly with a slight upwards lift.
- The inside of the top assembly. This is the bottom half, with the screen.
- The screen itself is replaceable. The screen assembly threads together. The silicon ring on the plastic piece is also removable.
- This is the inside of the top half of the top assembly.
- Removing the top assembly reveals the .5″ diameter chamber
- The threaded bowl piece is easily removed using the included key.
- With the threaded piece removed, this is how the convection ring sits in the oven.
- With the ring removed, there’s just a screen sitting there.
- And under the screen, just this.
- Another angle, because I thought the space was interesting.
- This unit came with two wooden rings and a quartz ring. I believe final shipments will have two wood and two quartz.
