The buzzing you are hearing from the Apollo Induction heater power supply is normal. The power supply is known as a switching power supply. The circuit is a switching circuit running anywhere from 15khz and higher. This switching circuit and small transformer(s) reduce the AC voltage down to a manageable voltage to your required DC output. You may notice the volume of the buzzing get a bit louder as you used it with the DYNAVAP. Bottom line, the sound you are hearing is normal. I hope that helps.
